Still not happy with your purchase?

All purchases are subject to a 30-day return period. If you wish to return a product, please fill out the return form below. You must have the original invoice or receipt.

You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment, unless the return is due to a warranty claim, shipping damage, or other service-related issues. For a standard package shipment, return shipping costs range from €7 to €15. Heavy items such as barbecues and outdoor kitchens must be transported on a pallet and cannot be returned by standard package shipping on your own. In that case, we will contact you after you fill out the return form. Please expect shipping costs of €60 to €90 for returning heavy items.

Exchange or refund?

If you’ve indicated that you’d like to exchange the product, we’ll ship the replacement to you the same day we receive your return. Would you prefer to receive a refund after returning an item? No problem—we’ll refund the purchase amount to your account within 3 to 5 business days after receiving the return.

Returning a Product

Just as you expect to receive a quality product from us in good condition, we naturally expect the same from you when you decide to return an item. We would like to receive the product in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). So feel free to examine the product just as you would in a store, but please do not use it.

1. Fill out the return form below. Complete the entire form accurately and in full.
2. After filling out the form, you will receive a copy of it in your email inbox. Print it out and include it with your return shipment.
3. Each shipment includes a packing slip with the item number(s) and quantities. This must also be included with the return shipment.
4. If you have received a return label from us, please use it to send the package back. If you need to arrange the return yourself, take the package to the nearest service point of your choice.
5. All products must be unused and returned in their original condition. You are responsible for the return shipment.
6. If everything is in order, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the return shipment. If you have indicated that you would like an exchange, we will send you the replacement products.
